1. How many passengers can your cart accommodate?

Our premium six-seater golf cart accommodates up to 5 passengers comfortably (plus the driver), perfect for group transportation.

 

2. Where do you operate?

We proudly serve Jacksonville, FL, and nearby areas, including downtown districts, event venues, beaches, parks, and private communities.

 

3. Do you operate in all weather conditions?

Yes! Our carts come equipped with weather enclosures to ensure comfort during rain, wind, and cooler temperatures.

 

4. What types of events do you serve?

We provide shuttle services for:

5. How do I book a ride or reserve service for an event?

6. What are your hours of operation?

Hours may vary based on bookings and events. Office hours are M -F 9 AM – 6pm , Sat 10-2 PM, Sun 8-12pm. 

 

7. Is your service ADA accessible?

While our standard cart does not support wheelchairs, we are happy to coordinate solutions to accommodate accessibility needs upon request.

 

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and tap-to-pay via SwipeSimple.

 

9. Can businesses or event planners partner with Elite Cart Shuttle?

Yes! We offer custom partnership and sponsorship packages for businesses, venues, and event planners. Contact us to learn more.

 

10. How much does it cost to ride?

We offer flat rates for scheduled events and custom quotes for private rentals. Contact us for details based on location and duration.

 

11. Do you offer advertising or branding opportunities on the carts?

Absolutely! Elite Cart Shuttle is a moving billboard—a perfect way to showcase your brand to event attendees and tourists. Inquire about sponsorship options.

 

12. How do I cancel my reservation?

We understand your travel plans may change, so we offer a very simple cancellation policy. Just give us 24 hours notice prior to your reservation for a full refund. Elite Cart Shuttle is unable to refund payment if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to reservation.   Credit card refunds are submitted to the financial institution within 5 business days, but it may take several days to be reflected on your statement; please check with your financial institution for more information.

 

13. Is it safe to ride with Elite Cart Shuttle?
Yes, safety is our top priority. Our drivers are trained, our vehicles are inspected regularly, and we follow all local traffic and safety regulations.

However, all riders assume personal responsibility when using our service. By boarding Elite Cart Shuttle, passengers acknowledge they are riding at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, personal property loss, or unforeseen incidents that occur during transport.

For private bookings and events, a waiver may be required for all passengers.

 

14. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Keeping your personal information and any credit card information secure and confidential is one of our most important responsibilities. Any information that is exchanged between your computer and our server during our web-based reservation process is SSL 128-bit encrypted. This can be verified by the following methods:

The URL should begin with “https.” This indicates a secure connection.

 

15.  How many stops are included in the Sip and Slide?

A Sip and Slide Shuttle experience typically includes 3 to 5 curated stops, depending on the route, time frame, and event type.  

 

16. What if I need group transportation?

If you are traveling with multiple parties (10 or more) and need multiple rides, please complete the contact form.

 

17. Is there a weight limit?

For the safety and performance of our vehicles, each Elite Cart Shuttle has a maximum total passenger weight limit of approximately 1,200 lbs (544 kg).

This typically accommodates 5 average adult passengers plus the driver comfortably.

Individual seats are designed to support up to 250 lbs (113 kg) per person.
